Peddler is a popular product in the Netherlands, but our client faces challenges in managing multiple product categories, calculating prices and discounts, tracking orders, scheduling delivery times, ensuring user security, and handling returns. Ensuring the website works well on various devices and screen sizes.
Peddler’s key problem was flagged up during the load and stress test, the loading time on the site was slow and unresponsive for most users trying to access the sale page on the peddler’s site. To target the problem, a virtual queue was implemented to avoid a site crash.
