Korra was built to provide you with a tool to create a state-of-the-art search experience automatically, using AI, and a one-of-a-kind media player that can take your users to the exact spot inside of a video, or a document, supporting desktop browsers, mobile devices, and voice recognition.
Your first step would be to register into the system from the platform’s login page. This page is where you would go in your browser every time you wish to enter the system.

To achieve optimal results, we developed comprehensive test documentation based on the product and project specifications, including Testing Strategy and Daily Task Checklists.
To reduce the increasing number of bugs in the production environment, we established a robust bug management strategy:
- Updated Bug Flow and Definition of Done: For QA activities related to tasks and bugs.
- Defined Tools: For monitoring performance, testing, and management.
- Created Test Data Library & Test User Mapping: Sophisticated test data and personification.

We developed an action plan to improve the Korra’s QA process, encompassing all aspects of the QA audit and serving as the foundation for further testing. To implement these QA activities, we assigned one full-time QA for manual testing and one full-time QA with knowledge of Playwright for automated testing.
