As a thriving startup, QAonTOP recognized the need to bolster their development team with seasoned QA Engineers. They sought professionals who could follow best practices and leverage their expertise to create new test cases. This strategy allowed developers to focus on feature development and bug fixing, rather than software testing.
QAonTOP partnered with FlavorWiki to ensure smooth and speedy monthly releases. We were tasked with running test cases on the same day as the release. The difference in our time zones facilitated overnight testing, enabling developers to log off while our QA engineers in India began testing. By the next morning, developers had all bugs logged in Jira, ready for immediate bug fixing.
A significant goal was to reduce the 25% consumer churn caused by bugs by substantially enhancing software quality and preventing critical issues in production.
